Great design is about much more than just creating an attractive space. It should reflect your working needs and who you are as a person. Great design should also consider the physical environment and factor in things like the site location, direction of the prevailing winds, making the most of the available light and optimising the views etc.
Natalie Todd has over 15 years’ experience in the building industry. A qualified Draughtsperson and Licensed Building Practitioner, she has a broad cross section of experience in residential building, alterations, light commercial, corporate and multi-unit developments.
Since starting Absolute Build with husband Mark, Natalie works predominantly in new home builds and housing alterations and gets immense satisfaction from interpreting her client’s initial ideas to create exciting, customised designs that meet their unique circumstances.
Her clients describe her as intuitive but Natalie says the process starts with understanding her customers. She says it’s all about asking the right questions and really listening to the answers. She’s a firm believer that good communication and early collaboration can save a lot of time in the design process.
On completion of design, Natalie can also process the building consents and liaise with your choice of builder. You can use her skills alone or retain Absolute Build to handle the whole project.
